  1. Single item----searching for the particular positions and the service charge according to its difficulty of searching and searching area and so on
  2. Long-term item ----signing annually contract to build long-term cooperation for the vacant positions and the service charge according to the stated negotiation

Service and Charge

  Our service charge depends on the requirement of clients on job assignment. In most cases our company takes the monthly pay (including benefits and subsidy) of elected candidate as calculating unit, and set up minimum standard for charge. The operating modes of our service are presented as follows:
   1. After signing contract with our company, the client will pay us with 20%-30% of the contract value as prepayment. (If client wishes to terminate the contract, our company will refund 80% of the prepayment.)
  2. The balance of contract value will be paid after the employed candidate starting the work.Within our replacement coverage period, normally is three months, if the employed candidate cancels the labor contract with our client, we shall recommend other candidate free without any charge until the client obtains proper talent. If our recommendation is fail, we shall refund 80% of our service charge. Concerned details will be arranged in the document of entrustment drawn up by both parties.
